Use cases

Find the day that looks like yours.

Four situations, told as they happen. Each one begins with a loss and ends with the document back in the right hands.

Scenario one

The airport counter

The moment
Amina reaches the check in desk in Nairobi and the yellow booklet is not in the folder. It is at the security tray two floors down, where a cleaner has just picked it up.
What Docfense does
The cleaner scans the tag inside the back cover, types the last four characters printed on the booklet, and submits a name, a phone number and a location. Amina's phone receives an SMS before she has finished emptying her bag, naming the terminal and the floor.
The outcome
The booklet is back in her hand inside eleven minutes. No repeat vaccination, no rebooking, no fee paid twice.

Scenario two

The matatu seat

The moment
Brian gets off at Ngara and leaves his wallet on the seat. His student identity card is inside, and examinations begin on Monday.
What Docfense does
The next passenger scans the tag on the back of the card, passes the challenge, and leaves a message with a stage name. The alert reaches Brian by SMS, and the finder's screen tells them he has already opened it, so they wait.
The outcome
Card recovered the same evening. No replacement queue, no missed examination, no letter to the faculty.

Scenario three

The university cohort

The moment
Every intake brings a wave of replacement requests, each one a queue, a fee, a printed card and an administrator's afternoon.
What Docfense does
The university buys the cohort rate at USD 2.00 per card, receives tags in bulk through a partner sub account, and applies them during issuance. Reporting shows issuance, activation, scans and recoveries per cohort.
The outcome
The replacement workload falls because most lost cards come back. Students serve their own recovery, and the registry stops being the lost and found desk.

Scenario four

The vaccination clinic

The moment
A traveller receives a yellow fever vaccination and walks out with a card that is worth a flight and is easy to lose.
What Docfense does
The facility issues the tag at the counter at USD 5.00, charged to the facility and never to the student or the patient. The card leaves the room already protected.
The outcome
A visible duty of care, a differentiator against the clinic next door, and one fewer patient returning to ask for a certificate to be reissued.

Whichever day is yours, the tag costs less than the loss.

Compare the two product lines and the partner rates, then protect the document you cannot replace easily.
