Printing your Docfense tag
A tag protects a document only once it is printed and attached. Four steps, and it is done.
1. Print at the size shown on the tag page
The tag downloads as a print ready sheet. Print it at 100 per cent, never scaled to fit, or the code becomes hard to read.
2. Use plain white paper or a sticker sheet
Matte paper reads best. Glossy paper reflects light and can make a phone camera fail on the first try.
3. Stick it where the document opens flat
On a yellow fever card, use the inside back cover. On a student ID, use the back, clear of the magnetic strip.
4. Check it with your own phone
Open your camera and scan the printed tag once. If it opens the Docfense page, it is ready.
Lost or damaged tag? Open the document in your dashboard and download it again. The serial stays the same.
